My name is Rudolph Salazar, and my path to founding HRKnack began not in the corporate HR world, but in the nuanced field of clinical psychology. For 15 years, I worked as a clinical psychologist, specializing in mental disorders and supporting vulnerable individuals. This experience provided me with an unparalleled understanding of human behavior, empathy, and resilience – qualities that are invaluable when assessing talent and building cohesive teams. It also instilled in me a deep appreciation for listening intently, reading between the lines, and truly understanding the unspoken needs and desires of those I work with.
My transition into Project Management and then SaaS technology sparked a new passion: streamlining processes and leveraging digital tools. I saw the immense potential in applying a structured, data-driven mindset to human resources. This led me to become a freelance recruiter in 2019, where I quickly began to innovate beyond traditional methods. I thrive on identifying inefficiencies and building solutions, a drive that recently led me to achieve an Airtable tool builder certification. This expertise allows HRKnack to not only advise on process improvements but to actively develop custom, automated HR solutions tailored precisely to our clients' unique workflows and challenges. Currently, I'm also expanding my capabilities by learning website development, further enabling me to understand the digital ecosystem our clients operate within.

- Rapid Scaling & Holistic HR: I played a pivotal role in scaling an American legal firm from 4 to 40 employees within just one year. This involved not only full-cycle recruitment but also building and training entire departments (Customer Service, Sales), providing a comprehensive understanding of talent management beyond just hiring.
- Bridging Psychology and HR Tech: My background as a clinical psychologist offers a distinct advantage. It allows HRKnack to go beyond resumes and keywords, focusing on deeper insights into candidate motivation, cultural fit, and long-term potential. Combined with a passion for process automation and HR technology – underscored by my Airtable certification – this creates a recruitment experience that is both deeply insightful and remarkably efficient.
